Data Protection Officer – DPO as a Service, Data Privacy Consulting
Solution: Acting as the nominated Data Protection Officer for organisations who do not have a dedicated resource. Conducting internal compliance reviews, supporting a ‘Data Privacy by Design and Default’ framework across the business to minimise risk and comply with all related legislation including but not exclusively, the UK DPA, GDPR and PECR regulations.

Over 30 years of experience in the area of regulatory compliance including Data Protection in a number of different regulatory and audit roles.
Worked in a variety of different organisations across all functions.
A comprehensive understanding of the technical controls required to mitigate security threats online and offline and partner with leaders in the field to apply them.
Digital Skills Design, Development and Delivery.
Solution: Provision of Digital Skills training programmes, design and delivery for standard and bespoke software alongside Data Security/Data Privacy training programmes to ensure compliance with legislation.
